Why can’t I see names in the search results?
EliteIndian.com respects privacy and hence does not show member names in search results. However, this does not restrict professional networking as all other relevant details (for instance, designation company, education profile etc.) about the member are provided

2. Jobs
How does eliteindian provide the right job offers?
EliteIndian.com provides a unique service by bringing relevant jobs to its member's
doorstep, i.e. homepage and inbox without any need to post a CV. The fact is that
most elite Indians do not chase jobs, instead jobs chase them!
You can contact elite indians through two methods. You can either post jobs which
are then filtered and only relevant ones shown to members on their homepage. Alternatively,
you can search profiles (minus names) and can send a specific request which members
would receive in their inbox. Members are then free to reply to the request if it
interests them or ignore it if it doesn’t
What types of jobs are received into the Job section of member home page?
Only jobs that match functional profile are received on the homepage. It shows only
the latest postings matching the criteria and keeps updating these based on recruiter
postings
What happens when members apply to a job posting?
When members hit the apply button on a job page, a standard mail goes to the recruiter
along with the member profile and contact details. Subsequent process is offline
and you can contact the member directly based on contact details
Can members upload their CVs.
Member profile is sufficient for you to make an initial contact. If members show
interest by applying for the job, you can subsequently contact them offline and
request for their CV if required
What information from the member profile is hidden?
Recruiters can see the entire profile except for member name and contact details.

What is credit and debit system? How does it work?
The credit and debit system in eliteindian.com is a unique system that provides
credits to you when you help grow the elite Indian universe and debits when you
use the system for your benefit. For instance, when you invite a friend to join
eliteindian.com, you get credits when your friend joins. You can use these credits
for contacting members, posting job offers etc.
